The celebration commenced with the pinning of badges and escorting of the Principal Madam\, Quality Coordinator Madam\, Vice Principal and Academic head setting a dignified and respectful tone for the event. \nThe program continued with a vibrant presentation titled “Unity in Diversity” by KG-I students\, beautifully showcasing India’s cultural richness. This was followed by an English speech by a Class II student\, reflecting confidence and awareness about the nation. The Nursery students presented an energetic drill\, demonstrating coordination and discipline at a very young age. Students of Classes I and II sang a patriotic song\, filling the atmosphere with enthusiasm and pride. \nA Hindi speech by a Class I student highlighted the importance of Republic Day in simple and effective words. The program further included a graceful dance performance by KG-II students\, which was appreciated by all. An engaging act titled “Little Patriots in Action” by Classes I and II conveyed strong patriotic messages through expressive performances. \nThe event concluded with the distribution of certificates and medals\, encouraging and motivating the students for their efforts. The program ended on a respectful note with the National Song\, marking a proud and memorable celebration. Overall\, the FLN Pre–Republic Day Celebration was a grand success and reflected the school’s commitment to holistic development and value-based education. \n

DESCRIPTION:महाराष्ट्र राजभाषा दिन व छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज जयंती उत्सव अहवाल \nएसेन्स इंटरनॅशनल शाळेत महाराष्ट्र राजभाषा दिन तसेच छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज जयंती निमित्त भव्य व उत्साहपूर्ण कार्यक्रमाचे आयोजन दिनांक १८ फेब्रुवारी २०२६ रोजी करण्यात आले. कार्यक्रमाची सुरुवात “खरा तो एकचि धर्म” या प्रार्थनेने झाली. त्यानंतर विद्यार्थ्यांनी प्रेरणादायी विचार मांडले. \n \nकार्यक्रमात दिंडी सादर करण्यात आली तसेच मराठी गौरवगीताने वातावरण भारावून गेले. “शिवरायांचा राज्याभिषेक” हा देखावा अत्यंत आकर्षक व प्रभावी ठरला. विद्यार्थ्यांनी सादर केलेला छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराजांचा पोवाडा सर्वांच्या अंगावर रोमांच उभे करणारा होता. याशिवाय “महाराष्ट्राचे साडेतीन शक्तीपीठे” याविषयी माहितीपूर्ण सादरीकरण करण्यात आले. विद्यार्थ्यांनी विविध विषयांवर सुंदर प्रदर्शनही भरविले. कार्यक्रमाची सांगता “पासायदान” या प्रार्थनेने झाली. \n \nया कार्यक्रमासाठी सर्व मराठी व संस्कृत शिक्षकांनी विशेष परिश्रम घेतले. सौ. अश्विनी माळवे\, सौ. चंद्रज्योती चौधरी\, सौ. सोनाली कोंडमलवार\, सौ. अमृता वाहने\, सौ. सारिका खाडे\, सौ. रश्मी मिश्रा व सौ. ललिता नकाडे यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांना उत्कृष्ट मार्गदर्शन केले. मराठी विभाग प्रमुख सौ. मृदुला पाटणे व सौ. मयुरा देवरस यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली संपूर्ण कार्यक्रमाचे नियोजन करण्यात आले. \n \nकला शिक्षक श्री. कपिल खोब्रागडे व सौ. अश्विनी भंडारकर यांनी सुंदर पार्श्वभूमी व सजावट तयार केली. संगीत शिक्षक सौ. हेमलता भेंडे\, श्री. मनीष निलटकर व श्री. मनोज कुकवास यांनी गीतांसाठी विद्यार्थ्यांना उत्तम तयारी करून घेतली. \n \nया कार्यक्रमासाठी शाळेचे संचालक श्री. विजय मेनन व डॉ. हेमा मेनन यांनी शुभेच्छा दिल्या. गुणवत्ता समन्वयक सौ. जयंश्री शास्त्री\, प्राचार्या सौ. बीना मेनन\, उपप्राचार्या सौ. अर्पणा विल्सन\, सौ. शशिप्रभा सूर्यवंशी तसेच शैक्षणिक प्रमुख सौ. जनिशा मोहनराज यांची मान्यवर उपस्थिती लाभली. \n \nविद्यार्थ्यांनी अत्यंत उत्साहाने व आत्मीयतेने सहभाग नोंदविला. कार्यक्रम यशस्वीपणे संपन्न झाला व सर्वांनी मराठी भाषा व संस्कृतीचा अभिमान व्यक्त केला.

DESCRIPTION:ESSENCE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL\nPre-Primary Competition : “Own the Mic” \nDate: 25 February\, 2026 \nVenue: Kala Kaushalya Kendram (School Auditorium) \nParticipants: Nursery\, KG-1\, and KG-2 \nThe “Own the Mic” competition was held to provide our youngest learners with a platform to build confidence\, enhance their oratory skills\, and express their creativity. The event was a vibrant display of talent\, where tiny tots took center stage to showcase their unique perspectives through various themes. \nThe event commenced with a warm welcome to our esteemed dignitaries. The atmosphere was filled with gratitude as the school management and staff acknowledged the presence of experts who joined us to encourage our budding stars. \nThe nursery children participated in the Green Basket segment. It was a delight to see the toddlers dressed as various fruits and vegetables. Students identified healthy foods and built basic speaking skills. The children spoke simple lines about the importance of eating greens\, showing remarkable confidence for their very first time on stage. \nOur KG-1 students took us on a journey through the animal kingdom with the theme Fur\, Fins\, and Feathers. They made us understand the bio diversities and animal habitats. From roaring lions to chirping birds and swimming fish\, the students used expressive gestures and props to describe their favourite animals. \nThe senior-most group of the pre-primary section\, KG- 2\, participated in the Storytelling competition. The narrative flow\, expression\, and moral lessons were showcased by our tiny tots. These young narrators captivated the audience with classic folk tales and imaginative original stories. Using voice modulation and dramatic pauses\, they proved that age is no bar to being a compelling storyteller. \nThe “Own the Mic” competition was a resounding success. It was more than just a contest; it was a celebration of the growth and spirit of our pre-primary students. DESCRIPTION:A special morning assembly was organized on 27th February 2026 to celebrate National Science Day\, commemorating the discovery of the Raman Effect by the great Indian physicist C. V. Raman. The programme aimed to promote scientific temperament\, curiosity\, and innovation among students. \nThe assembly commenced with a soulful prayer\, seeking blessings for knowledge\, wisdom\, and enlightenment. \nThis was followed by the Thought of the Day with explanation\, which emphasized the importance of curiosity\, logical thinking\, and questioning — the true spirit of science. The News segment then informed students about recent scientific advancements and discoveries\, connecting classroom learning with real-world developments. \n \n \nThe programme proceeded with an enthusiastic Science Walk\, where students carried informative placards and charts displaying messages about medicines\, vaccines\, inventions\, and significant scientific discoveries. The walk beautifully conveyed how science contributes to health\, safety\, and societal progress. \n \nFollowing the Science Walk\, students presented a vibrant Live Science-Themed Song accompanied by Dance\, creatively expressing scientific ideas and innovations through music and movement. The performance added energy and enthusiasm to the assembly and captured the students’ attention. \n \n \nAdding creativity and awareness to the programme\, students presented a meaningful Skit titled “Science Took a Break”\, humorously portraying how life would become challenging without scientific inventions. The skit delivered a strong and impactful message about the indispensable role of science in everyday life. \n \n \nThe highlight of the assembly was an engaging Science Talk Show\, where students portrayed and introduced three eminent personalities — Sunita Williams\, Homi J. Bhabha\, and A. P. J. Abdul Kalam. Through confident presentations\, students highlighted their remarkable contributions to space exploration\, nuclear science\, and missile technology\, inspiring everyone with their dedication\, perseverance\, and vision for national development. \n \n \nBased on these three personalities\, an interactive Quiz Round was conducted. The questions revolved around their achievements\, discoveries\, and contributions to science and the nation. The quiz encouraged active participation\, quick thinking\, and enhanced students’ scientific awareness. \n \nThe special assembly successfully generated enthusiasm\, awareness\, and a deeper appreciation for science among students\, preparing them for the upcoming science exhibition. \nThe programme concluded with the National Anthem\, fostering a spirit of unity\, pride\, and patriotism among all present. \n \n
