Driver & Conductor Verification & Training
All drivers and attendants undergo police verification, have a minimum of 5 years of experience, and complete weekly alcohol/drug screenings per Maharashtra GR. They are also trained in emergency protocols and child first-aid.
Lady Attendants on Every Bus
Trained female staff accompany each bus to supervise younger children, assist with boarding/de-boarding, and improve student comfort.
Stringent Student Boarding Protocol
Buses are clearly marked and follow structured boarding patterns, with staff ensuring children sit quietly and follow safety rules; unaccompanied or unknown individuals are not permitted.

Regular Bus Maintenance & Audit
Buses are inspected daily for mechanical fitness, cleanliness, and valid documents. The school’s Transport Officer also conducts periodic surprise audits.
Route Optimization & Coverage
Strategically designed routes and GPS data ensure minimal travel time, efficient stops, and prompt breakdown response—often deploying a replacement bus if required.
