ESSENCE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL
GRADUATION DAY
KG II – Batch -2025-2026
“From Little Steps To Big Leaps, Celebrating Our KG II Graduation Day”.
Date: 11th April, 2026.
Introduction:
The Graduation Day of KG II tiny tots of Bal Vatika was a spectacular event that left everyone beaming with pride! The air was filled with excitement, joy, and a hint of nostalgia as our young stars took centre stage to mark a major milestone.
We witnessed our students take their first big step towards a bright future.
“They came in as toddlers with tears in their eyes but today they are walking forth into the next class with confidence, knowledge and happy faces!
The purpose and significance of this event was –
- Milestone Celebration: First major school “graduation” for most kids. Builds a sense of achievement at age 5-6.
- Transition support: Eases anxiety about moving to “big school” by framing Grade 1 as something exciting to graduate into.
- Parent involvement: Gives families a chance to see progress and connect with teachers/school community.
Skill Showcase; Opportunity to display social, motor, and pre-academic skills learned: songs, recitation, art, dance.

Lighting Of The Lamp:
The traditional lamp was lit. It signified the lighting of the ‘spark’ within each graduate—a flame that we hope will grow into a beacon of leadership and innovation.
“Just as one lamp kindles another, may our graduates carry this light into the world to inspire change and brighten the lives of others.”

Felicitation:
We felicitate our esteemed guests, a ceremony of this magnitude is elevated by the presence of those who have reached the pinnacles of their respective fields.

Little Graduates:
The students got dressed up in Miniature graduation gowns and caps and went away happily with takeaways of handmade photo frame, gifts, and certificate.
It was a day to remember where –
- Three students took the stage to share their thoughts and memories in different languages: Hindi, English and Marathi.
- The trilingual speeches left the audience touched and proud of the students’ linguistic diversity.
- The ceremony kicked off with a vibrant dance performance that got everyone’s feet tapping.
- The tiny tots performed a sweet song, “One year older” with adorable actions and big smiles. They stole hearts with their innocent voices and energy.
- The little ones made a dazzling entrance through a super cool graduation cap door adorned with silver strips! It looked like a mini stage gate, adding to the excitement. Kids walked through beaming, ready to shine on their big day.
