Summer Camp 2025–2026
Essence International School, Nagpur, successfully concluded its Summer Camp 2025–26 on May 2, 2026. The camp was conducted from April 16 to May 2, 2026, and reflected the school’s focus on holistic student development through sports, performing arts, creative activities, and technology-based learning. Our school is committed to nurturing creativity, innovation, and the all-round growth of students.
The Summer Camp 2025–26 offered students a wide platform to explore and strengthen their interests through 16 engaging activities, namely cricket, football, yoga, skating, chess, drawing and craft, archery, tabla, dance, basketball, taekwondo, music, gymnastics, rifle shooting, and Tech Explorer.
The camp was designed to help students build confidence, discipline, physical fitness, creativity, and teamwork through active participation in diverse learning experiences.
The activities were conducted under the guidance of Mr. Sadashiv Boldhan, Head of the Sports Department & skilled instructors. Mr. Sadashiv Boldhan trained students in archery and rifle shooting. Mr. Kalpesh Paunikar conducted gymnastics sessions. Yoga sessions were led by Mrs. Supriya Hirekar and Mrs. Nisha Tarare. Football coaching was provided by Mr. Kunal Evanate, with Head Coach Mr. Papan Pramanik and Assistant Coach Mr. Aditya Shripatre supporting the training programme. Skating was taught by Mr. Shailesh Tarare, chess by Mrs. Sheetal Panbude, taekwondo by Mr. Deep Dhabale, and cricket by Mr. Anant Kuryawanshi. In the performing and creative arts segment, tabla was taught by Mr. Manish Nilatkar, music by Mrs. Hemlata Bhende, computer and IT by Mr. Nishikant Sahare, art and craft by Mrs. Ashwini, and dance by Mrs. Kavita Dhawle and Mrs. Neeha Gore.
The Summer Camp stood as a strong example of Essence International School’s commitment to developing well-rounded learners. By combining sports, arts, cultural activities, and technology, the school created an enriching platform where students could discover talents, improve skills, and enjoy meaningful learning beyond the regular classroom setting. The camp experience helped students become more active, expressive, and confident, while also strengthening values such as discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and creativity. The successful completion of the camp added another memorable chapter to the school’s efforts to provide balanced and transformative education.
The Directors of the school Mr. Vijay Menon and Dr. Hema Menon, appreciated and congratulated all participants for their willingness to embrace new challenges with confidence and enthusiasm.
The event was further honored by the presence of the Principal, Mrs. Beena Menon, Quality Coordinator Mrs. Jayshri Sastri, Vice Principal Mrs. Arpana Wilson, Mrs. Sashiprabha Suryawanshi and Academic Head Mrs. Zahira Raja. Their presence added warmth and encouragement to the programme. They expressed their appreciation for the sincere efforts of all participants and inspired the students to continue striving for excellence in their respective fields.
Mr. Hitesh Wagh (School Manager) and Mr. Kamlesh Chaturvedi (Transport Manager) extended exceptional support to the summer camp by ensuring seamless logistics and well-coordinated transportation. Their dedicated efforts, efficient planning, and commitment played a vital role in the smooth and successful conduct of the camp.
The event was effectively hosted by Mrs. Preeti Satpute and Mrs. Neera Deshpande, who guided the programme smoothly and gracefully. The photography for the entire event was handled by Mr. Rajat Neware, helping preserve the memorable moments of the camp. Valuable support was also extended by Mr. Yogesh Mali, the school supporting Ground staff, the house keeping involved in the event arrangements, and the bus driver crew, who ensured the safe and efficient pick-up and drop of the children throughout the camp period.
The valedictory programme turned into a vibrant showcase of student talent and learning. Students confidently presented demonstrations in yoga, gymnastics, skating, dance, music, tabla, and taekwondo, and their energetic performances received enthusiastic appreciation from the audience. The closing ceremony highlighted not only the students’ newly developed skills but also their discipline, coordination, confidence, and stage presence. The event created a joyful and memorable conclusion to the camp and reflected the positive impact of consistent practice and expert guidance.
