A special workshop on Mental Health and Wellness was conducted at Essence International School by the Art of Living Foundation, led by Mr. Vivek Vansal. The session was designed specifically for the teaching and non-teaching staff, focusing on stress management, emotional well-being, and techniques to enhance overall mental health.
The workshop began with a warm welcome and an introduction to the importance of mental wellness in today’s fast-paced educational environment. Mr. Bansal shared insights on how mental health directly influences our productivity, relationships, and peace of mind.
Participants were guided through simple yet powerful breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises, and a brief guided meditation. These practices were aimed at helping individuals manage anxiety, stay calm under pressure, and maintain a positive outlook.
The session was interactive, engaging, and well-received by all staff members.
